Yeah & each banana stem produces so many bananas that will likely all ripen together. I'm going to have to setup some sort of roadside stall to sell them all next year I think.
The reds do look cool but I'm yet to try one. I'm most excited to try the dwarf ducass but the dwarf cavs are closest to fruiting & seem to have huge hands of bananas. I've already had 1 fruit & it pulled the whole stem over before the hands had fully emerged. I'm going to stake the next one as soon as I see the bell emerge.
The ducass are only 6 months old so I still have another year to taste their fruit.
