Hey Jennifer, we switched to njump because it is a client agnostic service and we want to highlight the various ways you can access the protocol. Are you on mobile? And if so iOS or android?
I believe on iOS there are some issues with automatically opening up your native client that dtonon (npub1000…vwqk) was working on. On Android you should be able to hit "open in native client" and choose amethyst etc.
