I agree that the magnitude of the imperative is directly proportional to the number of followers and amount of influence you have. That said, I think it's incredibly short cited for any journalist to embrace the platform. I remain almost despondent so many people in this field ( and in cybersecurity, for that matter) choose a short term gain at the cost of the long-term good.
