CITR just submitted a request to intervene on behalf of technology researchers in the X v. European Commission case to explain the importance of the DSA’s data access rules to the CJEU. The DSA mandates that tech companies give researchers access to public data to increase transparency about how platform algorithms shape our information landscape.
