Alt+Tab (or Super+Tab to me now, I dunno what it actually is) selects apps that are open but have no windows?
Finder is always in the list because you can't quit it. This is just noise. Why do I care about apps I've closed? This just breaks my mental model of where Alt+Tab will take me.
