Any idea how palm oil compares to seed oils? It’s obviously horrible for the environment and very industrial like seed oils are. I know it does have widespread traditional use in Africa going back millennia, but the traditional palm oil does not resemble the industrial scale stuff that is in most things. I’ve just been wondering lately, since anything that doesn’t have seed oils in it has palm oil instead.
