anyway I can feel my ability to grasp all the necessary info at once starting to evaporate, I've been focusing on re-establishing personal routines for maybe 10 days and was hoping I'd have a few more days before this happened so I could pivot and fix my setup, but it's happening now so I need to try to fix stuff asap. so that's what I'm going to do.
I will probably go quiet on social media for a bit if the pattern does indeed evolve as it almost always does.
