Doesn't have to be in a high-rise. Maybe a townhouse would be more to your liking? Or even a small block. I'm in a 10-unit complex (each 2 beds, 1 bath, 1 garage), and we do have some grounds, but also one of the residents likes gardening and wants to do it, and we're happy to let him do it cos that's saving us on our strata levies by not having to pay a gardener 🙂
