You can use SyncThing / SyncTrayzor to sync between devices.

Oh, you may want to try a FOSS piece of kit first like https://logseq.com/ or https://foambubble.github.io/foam/ (tipped by https://twitter.com/lumsdnb). There are of course trade-offs.
