Thankfully nostr was designed against this kind of tampering. Anyone can repost events to other relays because they are already signed. I even programmed Mixstr to auto rebroadcast anything I interact with.
Mirroring it all is triveal so if this becomes common place the counter movement would have relays automatically backing it all up.
