Oh, nice, I didn't notice but in addition to other restrictions, #migri has also doubled the minimum income requirement for permanent residence on grounds of entrepreneurship, from (IIRC, but may be confusing with the "extended permit") the living minimum of 16K for Uusimaa, to 40K. An attempt to force people to withdraw money as taxable personal income? Or another anti-SME conspiracy
