of course you can have opinions. I'm talking about dogs and cats. My dogs have and will always have free reign, including, unforturnately, confrontations with skunks. That is what dogs want. Dog owners have to give a whole shitload of care more than a cat owner. You've had very, very strong opinions about it in the past. If you've abandoned those postions. fine. If not, defend you're position. You've just made another strong opinion though. And rant doesn't seem to be the correct word. You have a belief. How is it wrong for people to have a dog but you have a cat. A cat in a very limited and unnatural situation. Why is that better? Becuase of your human circumstance? I posit that my dogs will always have a more natural, engaged, involved life that anyone with an indoor-only cat. I've had indoor-only cats and will not do it again. I'd get a hamster or some other rodent before I'd trap a cat like that. It is a me problem becuase you've had such strong opinions including tonight.
