Nope, pushing data on chain has always been possible. Taproot didn’t enable, just provided another way to do it.
What you want, what BSV is promoted as providing. Reversible tx’s and a centrally entity that controls everything is just the standard PayPal/Credit model. BSV, which you promote throws away any benefit Satoshi described. It’s the exact opposite of whatever vision he discussed.
