I highly doubt that would be the case… but then maybe I’m lacking experience of how the community treats minors in these situations.

Let’s put accountability aside for a moment. If someone were to engage in violent BDSM play with real risks involved, would you give them a hard time? Many people engage in risky behavior constantly. Everything here continues to be consensual and they can back out at any time. It really does seem to me like this is more about people’s distaste for the flavor of risk involved.
