Uninstalling Google Services Framework (GSF) is fine on your owner profile, but you'll need them on the other profiles if you're not using Zap Store or alternative apps that don't require GSF. Hope that helps.

If you really DON'T want to use Google Play/GFS, you can also use and Aurora store for apps that are similar or have less permissions granted (or none, in the case with Zap Store), which is what I do on my Owner profile.

I do sandbox (set up different profiles to run various apps and each type of app has its own profile that can't see other things on your phone). For example, I have a different profile for Maps and one for Banking so that when I need directions I can use Google Maps and my bank app does not work at all on my owner profile.
