Given that I once shared an apartment when I was in trade school, these renters are not quite off the bulls eye. I was unfortunately in a residence with a complete degenerate who fucked up the commons area. The owners wanted ME to clean up this bullshit that HE created, I didnt have to in the end and lucky for me I was able to get the fuck out of there quickly. Last I heard he was evicted but the fucking fatass didn't do shit but play destiny 2 ALL FUCKING DAY. Needless to say I support landlords casting these fuckers out where they belong: on the streets.
