It’s challenging because I’m a complex disaster patient with a lot of specialists I see on a regular basis (this is why I’m permanently excused from jury duty). US work culture is not built for people like me.
Regular takeout and processed food - not an option, I get sick.
Being inactive - not an option, I’m in pain all the time.
Super long hours - only doable short term or I fall apart.

I have 6 months to impress the new corporate overlords, and these are my constraints.
