Isn’t that the ”business model” of tech nowadays?
You take a lot of loan for years on over to attract people to a service for free, then track the shit out of them and build personal profiles. When it doesn’t make money and the runway stops, you sell the profiles to to advertisers which finally sell them to data aggregators that end up being a resource for policing.
