Yeah, I don't see degrowth as a viable solution really. Most degrowthers talk about cosy scenarios with lots of green parks, solar panels, and happy people.
Yeah... We'll still need steel, cement, fertilizer, etc. Degrowth people rarely talk about *industry*, one of the biggest energy consumers we have.
