In medicine, we talk a lot about patient autonomy.
The right of a patient to make their own decisions.
Without pressure. Without coercion.
Without someone else deciding what's best for them.

It's one of the most sacred principles in healthcare.
But nobody talks about doctor autonomy.

The freedom to practice when you choose.
The freedom to treat without pressure from the system.
The freedom to say: today I will serve, not because I need the money, but because I want to heal.

That kind of freedom requires one thing:
Financial independence.

And financial independence requires something that holds its value.
Something that doesn't shrink while you sleep.
Something no institution can freeze, print, or take away.

That's why I stack Bitcoin.

Not to get rich.
Not to retire at 30.

But so that one day, I can come to a remote village and treat every patient in front of me without worrying about whether I can afford to be there.

Bitcoin is permission-less money.
My deepest hope is to become a permission-less doctor.
