Let's say I'm talking to someone on another site who is being failed by Signal. They have a clearly defined "user story" that is excluded by a specific feature choice Signal made. And the effect of this feature choice could be fairly described as transgender exclusionary.
I think Signal might be surprised by the specific combination of feature side effects this person has fallen into, and might (if encryption allows) want to fix it. Is there a sensible way to put the problem in front of them?
