In order to avoid paying some or all of your taxes, you have to exaggerate your deductions on your W-4. The NWTRCC website goes into this in detail.
This is technically illegal but it seems the IRS hasn't pursued criminal charges against anyone for doing it in decades, essentially because of the Streisand Effect. (3/11)
