It's a city. Traffic has to do with cost of living in the city and affordable housing, so many folk are living farther and farther out. It's an older city than Vancouver, so built up differently. The city has been expanding outwards, gobbling up outside communities as it goes. But those communities give the city a lot of its character. So pluses and minuses.
