so it's v hot in Chicago & it's hot in my house bc i'm pretty resistant to turning on the AC at all, & i only have one window unit anyway.
so tonight was a cold dinner.
it's a bit of a ripoff of a salad served at a local restaurant, & v simple:
arugala, avocado, apples, & asiago cheese shreds.
instead of almonds tho (yea, beatrix restaurant calls this a 'straight A salad'), i use some crushed pecans to finish, w a basic vinegarette. tasty stuff
