I'd like for society to approach therapy more like learning an instrument and less like going to a doctor.
"The therapist will fix me" then becomes "The therapist will help me learn how to fix myself"
Also, it becomes apparent that just going there once a week ain't gonna cut it, and that 80% of the training happens at home
