Actually there has been discussion on this (first as an issue, then a PR) for over two months now. There are two pending PRs for content moderation.
Rabble (npub1wmr…g240) & I proposed “NIP-69” which, after discussion spawned “NIP-68”. My memory is foggy but I remember pointing it out to you and you saying you didn’t like it because it used parameterized replaceable events (which you don’t like). But I’d really love it if you looked at it more closely.
A lot of people have a negative reaction when they first see it, but when they really start understanding it they warm up to it.
