Does anybody on mastodon have a single user instance where they maintain multiple profiles? I've been thinking about that as a way to post different kinds of things. Like you can follow only the account where I talk about tech or only the account where I *don't* talk about tech. And there's an account with everything. There are some tradeoffs though. I'm not sure it makes sense in practice.
