yeah totally - every inch of SF is not packed like NYC. It was a bit shocking though because I was staying just south of Market Street on 3rd, basically in FiDi, and that’s where I noticed it. Even more shocking was just how empty the streets were, even during morning and evening commute times. I grew up just outside of San Francisco and remember those streets bustling all hours of the day.
