.de (Germany 🇩🇪 ), today, requires someone to have a verified contact within Germany.

At one time, many domain name registers, offered the service to be that supplied contact, allowing anyone outside of Germany and Europe, to register a .de domain name.

However, today, I cannot find a domain register outside the United States that offers this service.
