It happens here on Mastodon too. I'm amazed by how many people feel the need to comment their hate on my posts. I'm not on their feed making comment after comment being contrarian and "devil's advocate" on everything they post (and DO they get MAD when you do it to their feed).
Every time someone talks about the "enshittification" of something, it always leads back to the same type of people.
