Honest question, and I am hoping I am not offending anyone:
With all the controversies about both trans athletes and athletes with XY DSD 5-alpha reductase deficiency (5-ARD) - would it not be a workable proposal to segment athletes by estimated lifetime androgen exposure?
It's pretty clear that testosterone and other androgens provide *lasting* advantages in many sports (both for muscle mass and bone density), to a point where direct competition ...
