I took a long break from doing #nixos things upstream because I was disappointed by the ongoing situation with the military industrial complex towards the end of 2025 and the elections. This not only stopped me from doing nixos things, but I felt I had to take a break from technology in general.
Last week I started contributing again, only to open the NixOS Discourse just now and see another recruitment post for a different MIC company in the frontpage.
