I'm applying for a UK visa again. When I do this, there is always a moment when I feel doomed.
I need to apply for a "biometric residence permit", and for this I have to visit the local office of a company called VFS Global. They require that I upload some documents first - before my appointment on Tuesday. Whenever I try to log in to their website, I get an error message.
They offer no phone number. For customer service, they want me to send them a TWEET. 🤢
