There were enough bribes to claim something untested was safe and effective for everyone at every age to use, no informed consent required, and you're publicly smeared in every way if you don't use it.

That clearly went against the Nuremberg Code.

And I think, when you look through that lens, that inoculating a baby or kid that is unable to give informed consent, should ethically not be inoculated.
Also, if you don't know (ALL) the downsides of what could maybe be positive, you're not informed enough to make an informed decision on behalf of another person or for yourself.

Still, we can inform ourselves and combined with some common sense choose to ignore what a corrupt system thinks people they have never met should do.
