Ugh. My “service advisor” doesn’t answer the phone. The courtesy shuttle driver has one last run before calling it a day. The service receptionist is tired of hearing from me. No idea if I even still HAVE a car.

I think I’m starting to see why Toyota of Santa Fe has a two star ranking.
