I'm assuming the robotaxi isn't smart enough to reverse or turn around, but if that's also blocked, human taxi drivers don't have the same level of collision avoidance. In Manchester they 'might' slow down but keep going and use their horn. If they're already stopped, they'll sound the horn, rev the car, then set off slowly. People, even drunk ones, don't want their legs broken*
