The journey towards simplicity is a journey towards quietness.
It's a journey towards a kind of joy that is not in time.
It's a journey out of time.
It's a journey that leaves behind every model of that we have had of who we are.
It's a journey that involves the transformation of our beings such that our thinking mind becomes our servant rather than our mind.
It's a journey that takes us from primary identification with our body to identification with our minds, and then identification with our Soul, and finally identification with our hearts.

And because many of us have traveled this path without maps, thinking that it was unique to us because of the peculiar way and time the path was presented to us - often there has been a lot of confusion. We think that the end is reached when we crest this mountain only to find that it hid all of the higher peaks behind it.

We are all just walking each other home.
