So, no. I have soft filters and tags set up so I can choose not to engage with particular things, but those will always depend on other ppl having enough courtesy to properly tag their posts.

There's this weird idea on the Internet that courtesy does not apply. CW or at the very least, tagging posts to offer ppl a chance to opt out isn't tiptoeing, it's courtesy. The kind of ppl who refuse to do it ARE choosing to be assholes IMO, same as ppl who post un-CWed nudes.
