Your external reality is the manifestation of your internal state. A projection of pure light through a somewhat distorted lens.

As above, so below. As within, so without.

If what you see is undesirable then you know either:
- what you desire is incompatible with your actions or beliefsb or
- you have fears/blocks distorting your projected reality. Your lens is dirty or scratched.

It's easier & more fulfilling to clean/repair your lens that it is to fight what the universe is trying to show you.

I like to take notice when it feels like I'm swimming upstream, when every inch feels like a mile. If you're actions are aligned with who you are & what you believe, it feels like the whole universe is supporting you. Something always has to give, the universe is always working to restore balance & harmony.
