I wish to clarify my not too drunk comment. I'm not🤷🏻‍♂️. I've had a drink but am far from drunk. For the past 6 weeks, my alarm has been set for 7AM, though I have been largely getting up, a bit before then. All for the benefit of Ghost, to get him into his new routine. Up early, feed, nice big walk. Repeat of an evening. With some park action, to play with other dogs, when the weather has allowed, in the mean time.

Just to cover my drinking habits, they can/could (As regular readers will know, extend for days at a time). In the past🤷🏻‍♂️. No more⛔️.

Having my new dog, has brought out the best in me. I'm not known for my patience, but young Ghost here (Just over 9 months old), is proving a challenge. It has come to light, that the poor bugger suffers from separation anxiety, if I leave him alone, for any extended period of time, while I'm out the house, he'll piss all over my lovely deep pile carpet. So much so, that I've had to rip the fucking thing up🙄😂. (Hence the book re-homing of yesterday) Revealing, none the less, a lovely tiled floor from the 1930's (When the house was originally built).

I digress. So, poor Ghost's separation anxiety, it needs dealing with. It is a complex issue. In a nutshell, you simply can't leave a dog who has it, when you're training them, not to have it. Regular readers will know that I've recently started walking dogs for a living. That, is sadly going to have to go on the back burner till Ghost is rid of his fear of being left alone, which can and will take months to accomplish. Wish me luck. Thank you🙏🏻.
