I've only once been able to wander into an interview and truthfully state that I applied because every time I come into the shop, no one looks like they are stressed out and hate their life, and I want that kind of environment for myself.

Mind you, upper management then fired my boss a few years later to save money and now it's a hell hole. But I wish I could be myself in my interviews and no fail miserably.
