I don't even know what I'm doing on here right now. I am on 7th heaven.

I just received several hours of the most shamanic Thai massage bodywork I have ever experienced.

It was literally a physical rebirth.

I cried, I purged, I laughed, I grieved… So much of everything inside the heart, breast and chest cavity.

There were even a few funny bones 😆 and places where joy had been locked up, especially around my pelvic floor and hips.

If there ever was a gooey caterpillar moment in the chrysalis turning into a butterfly it would have been tonight. She's taken flight. 😭🦋

Oh my Lord oh my Lord… I am beyond satisfied with this rebirth.

It must have been 3 years since I last received a Thai massage. This was the second in two days from a different healer.

But it was so much more than just a Thai massage. It was truly more of a shamanic, angelic, medicine journey.

I am grateful to life. Life loves me. Life provides. Thank you, life, for providing such beautiful and deeply needed medicine and care for me. Thank you, thank you, thank you!
