We usually go by 150% for 2 players. If a range is given, we take the higher one; for 4 players the higher number times 2. Works pretty well for us with one major exception: Obsession!
The range on the box says 30-90 minutes, which is obscene. In real life, it takes us 2-3 hours with 2P and up to 3,5-4,5+ hours with 4P.
But still a great game and a fun time, every time.
