She has fluid on her stomach that is causing pain. So she's been prescribed meds for that.

She's very yellow. Don't know if that's because she hasn't been taking her pancreas medication or if it's just the cancer causing issues.

Very frank conversation with brother about the state of things and how stuff is likely to progress.

Respect form in place so the home have instructions to treat the pain/symptoms. But not to administer resus measures.
