Third car: a ridiculous deal on a fully loaded Nissan Murano. I like all the fancy features, especially the 360° cameras (very useful for parking in Boston!), but (a) no Android Auto, (b) higher cost of ownership, (c) a bit large for new drivers, and (d) SUVs are evil. So, while we were sorely tempted, we ended up ruling this out.
Fourth car: Honda Accord. This was the winner. We're doing the paperwork now.
