the only way I can see offhand (having just shifted my view on this) to accomplish this is to relentlessly fight genAI adoption in both professional & personal contexts - which doesn't have to be scorched-earth to be successful, if you think raising endless "concerns" will slow it down, by all means do that - and expressing clear social disapproval of its use in any non-decentralized context.*
make it costly, difficult, and unpleasant to adopt centralized genAI. drag it out as long as you can.
