I think he is under attack by some gov agency. The comments may be crafted by mil intel agencies, bots hitting him non stop where it hurts.
And doc takes it personally.
I think he might have been even poisoned by some doctor handler. ( as is now known from Chapelle and Kanye, aka the doctor handler) so is not much of a stretch that ‘accidently’ a doc prescribed killer stuff.
