The CLARITY Act is being sold as Crypto clarity. Still, the danger is obvious: ban passive stablecoin yield, leave "activity-based rewards" vague, and you hand legacy Finance a fresh choke point over digital money.
That is not freedom. That is Crypto repackaged for banks, custodians, and gatekeepers.
Are we getting real self-custody and open Finance, or just a cleaner cage for the same old system?
