Ah...no...just the opposite; I believe they think they *are* using AI, but AI as they understand it (i.e. Hollywood), rather than the LLM it actually is.
I believe if they understood what LLMs are, how they are trained, what models underpin them, not to say the insane amounts of resources they require, then they would *not* want those tools used.
