Hadn’t heard this Ayla song until a few weeks ago. I just had a powerful somatic experiencing session with my therapist, and afterward felt called to go deeper on my own—to ride the momentum through music and movement. I found myself seeking this song, and suddenly realized it is the perfect soundtrack for what is present for me right now: this current life theme, this orientation, this new relationship with my body, my soma, my temple—the vessel of my soul in this physical incarnation.
